Job summary

Paychex is hiring for an entry-to-mid level Channel Sales role supporting small businesses with payroll, HR, benefits, and compliance solutions. The role emphasizes high activity, outbound outreach, and building trusted relationships with CPAs and current clients.

You will manage a fast-paced 1–2 week sales cycle, own the end-to-end process from prospecting to closing, and benefit from uncapped earning potential and rapid skill development in a growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma - Required
• Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
• 1 year of experience in relevant sales/marketing role.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach
• Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos
• Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and partner touchpoints) to build pipeline
• Sell a full suite of solutions: payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance
• Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1–2 weeks) with small business owners
• Own the full process- from prospecting to closing deals
