Paychex is seeking an early-career Channel Sales professional to drive growth with referral partners and small business clients in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

You’ll own the full cycle from prospecting to closing, build trusted relationships with CPAs and clients, and sell payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance solutions. This role is based in Greenville, NC and offers uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma - Required
• Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
• 1 year of experience in relevant sales/marketing role.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach.
• Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos.
• Execute high-volume daily activity to build pipeline.
• Sell a full suite of solutions: payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance.
• Manage a fast-paced sales cycle with small business owners.
• Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals.
