Qualifications

• Experience in sales or marketing with a target-driven mindset.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with partners and clients.
• Comfort with high-activity environments and fast sales cycles.
• Demonstrated leadership or initiative in school, work, or clubs.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach.
• Build relationships with CPAs and clients to drive new logos.
• Execute high-volume daily activity including calls and follow-ups.
• Sell payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance solutions.
• Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1–2 weeks) with small business owners.
• Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals.
