Job summary

Paychex is seeking a channel sales professional in the United States to generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach. You’ll build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to secure new logos and drive revenue.

You will handle high-volume daily activity, selling payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance, while managing a quick 1–2 week sales cycle with small business owners and owning the full process from prospecting to closing deals.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 1 year of experience in relevant sales/marketing role.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach.
• Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos.
• Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and partner touchpoints) to build pipeline.
• Sell a full suite of solutions: payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance.
• Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1-2 weeks) with small business owners.
• Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals.
