Job summary

Paychex is seeking an early-career Channel Sales professional in the United States to generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach. You will build relationships with CPAs and clients, drive new logos, and manage a fast-paced sales cycle while selling payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance solutions.

You will own the full sales process from prospecting to closing deals, with exposure to base pay plus commissions and a focus on quota attainment in a high-volume

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma is required.
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• 1 year of experience in relevant sales/marketing role.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach.
• Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos.
• Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and partner touchpoints) to build pipeline.
• Sell a full suite of solutions: payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance.
• Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1–2 weeks) with small business owners.
• Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals.
