Job summary

Paychex in the United States is seeking an early-career Sales professional for Channel Sales, working with 1–99 employee businesses to provide payroll, HR, and compliance solutions.

You'll generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach, build relationships with CPAs and clients, and manage a fast-paced, 1–2 week sales cycle. This role offers uncapped earnings and rapid skill development in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma is required.
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• 1 year of experience in relevant sales/marketing role.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach
• Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos
• Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and partner touchpoints) to build pipeline
• Sell a full suite of solutions: payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance
• Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1–2 weeks) with small business owners
• Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals
