Igloo Products Corp. is seeking a Sales Operations Lead to oversee channel-specific sales operations, drive pricing integrity, and optimize product data across retailer platforms.

The role requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a track record in sales operations or order management within consumer products. Based in the United States, the position focuses on improving efficiency, data-driven decision making, and delivering a best-in-class omni-channel experience

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2-3 years in customer service, order management and/or sales operations is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing or related field preferred.
• Experience with Oracle, Salesforce or SAP a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement channel-specific sales operations strategies with the Sales Director.
• Own pricing integrity across retailer portals and ensure SKU coverage.
• Manage product data and content for retailer listings (images, descriptions, features).
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost productivity and consistency.
• Analyze sales performance data and build presentations to support brand messaging.
• Leverage sales tech and automation tools to drive efficiency and results.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Product and Logistics.
• Foster a high-performing team within a pod and support career development.
• Perform other duties to support commercial execution and customer experience objectives.
