DHL eCommerce is seeking a Sr. Sales Operations Analyst to partner with Sales leadership and enhance commercial performance through analytics, forecasting, CRM optimization, and reporting. The role focuses on turning data into actionable insights and driving operational excellence across the commercial organization.

The position requires strong analytical skills, experience with CRM platforms, and the ability to deliver executive-presentable insights. Travel may be required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Economics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• 5 years’ experience in sales operations, commercial analytics, business intelligence, or related experience.
• Knowledge of pricing analytics, forecasting, and customer profitability preferred.
• Experience supporting enterprise sales organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop executive dashboards and KPI reporting using Power BI, Salesforce, and Excel.
• Analyze revenue, margin, customer profitability, pricing performance, and sales productivity.
• Build forecasting models and monitor pipeline health.
• Perform win/loss analysis and identify commercial growth opportunities.
• Develop automated reporting to reduce manual effort and improve decision‑making.
• Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and executive leadership presentations.
• Identify trends and provide recommendations to improve commercial effectiveness.
• Maintain data quality across CRM and reporting systems.
• Own weekly pipeline reporting and sales forecasting processes.
• Support territory planning, quota management, and sales process improvements.
• Coordinate cross‑functional commercial initiatives across Sales, Pricing, Finance, Marketing, and Operations.
