Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales, or related field.
• MUST HAVE 5+ years of Sales Operations experience within a multi-site manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting commercial teams in manufacturing, plastics, packaging, or other product-driven industries.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and CRM platforms (Salesforce, SAP, or similar).
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Enhance and streamline sales processes, workflows, and tools for efficiency.
• Manage CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy, reporting, and user adoption.
• Develop reports, forecasts, dashboards, and KPI tracking for decisions.
• Provide data-driven insights to sales leadership.
• Partner with commercial and finance on pricing, quotations, and contracts.
• Support onboarding and training of sales team members.
• Collaborate with production, supply chain, logistics, and customer service.
• Liaise between sales and supply chain to manage lead times and inventory.
• Lead strategic commercial initiatives including product launches and territory planning.
• Champion continuous improvement across the sales organization.
