Job summary

Hyra is seeking an Account Manager to grow our Video Security and Access Control portfolio through channel partnerships. This remote role requires regular travel to support partners and drive opportunities across the Southeast region.

You will manage partner relationships, develop opportunities, provide product guidance, and collaborate with sales teams to meet quarterly targets. Strong communication, pipeline management and CRM proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in video security solutions sales.
• Experience in a customer-facing commercial role.
• Proven track record of generating new business and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain channel partner relationships, communicating product value.
• Drive sales growth across video security and access control products and services.
• Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand market coverage.
• Support partner sales activity and end-user engagements.
• Provide product and technical guidance and partner training.
• Coordinate orders and distribution through the partner network.
• Maintain CRM records with leads, projects and accounts.
• Assist in sales planning and quarterly/annual target setting.
• Forecast revenue and provide periodic reports.
