Genetec is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead partner growth across the Southeast region, focusing on channel development and territory expansion, with remote work and travel up to 75%. Qualifikationen

• 5+ years experience in Security Industry preferably with VMS, Access Control or PSIM system.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Proven sales achievement and ability to close deals with partners and customers.
• Experience leading cross-functional partner teams and programs.

• Deliver partner revenue objectives for the assigned region and meet or exceed targets.
• Lead the Account Executive team across the Southeast region including Atlanta and FL.
• Oversee partner pipeline management and CRM-based forecast reporting.
• Develop and execute channel partner engagement strategies for mutual growth.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align partner plans with company goals.
