Job summary

Genetec is seeking a Regional Director for Partners to lead and grow the Southeast region, focusing on channel partner development and the Account Executive team across Georgia, the Carolinas, and Florida. This remote role requires up to 75% travel.

You will drive revenue, align partner programs with corporate strategy, and coach a diverse team to exceed quotas while collaborating with sales leaders to optimize forecasts and field execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in security industry with channel/partner sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and closing skills.
