Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Channel Sales Executive to develop existing and new account business in North America, leading radio and data system solution development that meets end-user needs. You will collaborate with partners and internal teams to drive channel success and revenue growth.

Travel up to 70% within the IN/KY region and beyond may be required. A bachelor's degree with 2+ years in sales or 4+ years in sales and public safety is expected, with base salary targets commonly

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales background in a technology environment selling solutions.
• Understand the value of industry-specific applications for our products and provide guidance on their selection and integration.
• Ability to advocate our products and solutions in the Channel market and partnerships.
• Knowledge of Salesforce is preferable but not required.
• Full understanding of Microsoft Office and Google Apps.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed revenue and project quotas for North America PCR System Platforms and related products.
• Support channel partners with end-user engagements and trainings.
• Lead solution development efforts for radio and data systems to address end-user needs.
• Coordinate with internal and partner teams to drive channel success and growth.
