Job summary

Paychex Deutschland GmbH is seeking an entry-level Channel Sales professional to generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach, building relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos and revenue.

You will manage a fast-paced sales cycle, conduct high-volume activity, and sell a full suite of payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance solutions, with uncapped earning potential and strong training.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma - Required.
• Bachelor's Degree - Preferred.
• 1 year of experience in relevant sales/marketing role.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach
• Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos
• Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and partner touchpoints) to build pipeline
• Sell a full suite of solutions: payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance
• Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1-2 weeks) with small business owners
• Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals
