Paychex Deutschland GmbH is seeking an early-career sales professional to join our Channel Sales team in the United States. You’ll generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach, build relationships with CPAs and existing clients, and drive a high-volume daily activity rhythm to fuel a strong pipeline.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma - Required
• Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
• 1 year of experience in relevant sales/marketing role.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach.
• Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos.
• Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and partner touchpoints) to build pipeline.
• Sell a full suite of solutions: payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance.
• Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1-2 weeks) with small business owners.
• Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals.
