Job summary

Motorola Solutions in Indiana (Butlerville area) seeks a Channel Sales Executive to drive existing and new account system business with Authorized Reseller Channel Partners. You will lead Radio and Data system solution development to address end-user needs and coordinate across company and partner teams.

Travel up to 70% in IN/KY region; base salary range is $80,000 - $100,000 USD. Relocation provided; incentives include Medical, Dental, Vision benefits, 10 paid holidays, and Employee Stock

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience in a tech environment.
• Ability to articulate the value of industry-specific applications.
• Advocate products in channel markets and partnerships.
• Salesforce knowledge preferred but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Apps.

Responsibilities

• Develop existing and new account system business in the NA region.
• Lead Radio and Data system solution development addressing end-user needs.
• Meet or exceed revenue quotas for North America PCR system platforms.
• Support partner quarterly reviews, dealer training, and end-user seminars.
