Job summary

Paychex in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Channel Sales professional to generate new business through referral partners and outreach, building relationships with CPAs and clients. You’ll manage a fast-paced sales cycle and sell payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance solutions.

We’re looking for candidates with 1–5 years of relevant sales experience; a valid driver’s license is required. This role offers uncapped earning potential and strong growth opportunities within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in relevant sales/marketing role.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, not required.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach.
• Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos.
• Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and partner touchpoints) to build pipeline.
• Sell a full suite of solutions: payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance.
• Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1–2 weeks) with small business owners.
• Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals.
