Paychex is seeking an ambitious Channel Sales professional to drive new business through referral partners and outbound outreach. You’ll build relationships with CPAs and clients to grow logos, while managing a high-activity pipeline and a fast-moving sales cycle.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of relevant sales/marketing experience.
• High activity, fast cycles, and transactional deal sizes.
• Resilience, drive, and competitive motivation.
• Coachability and ability to apply feedback.
• Leadership experience in school or organizations.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach
• Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos
• Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and partner touchpoints) to build pipeline
• Sell a full suite of solutions: payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance
• Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1–2 weeks) with small business owners
• Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals
