Paychex is seeking an early-career Channel Sales professional to generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach.

You'll build relationships with CPAs and existing clients, drive high-volume activity, and manage a full sales cycle from prospecting to close, helping small businesses stay compliant and grow.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in relevant sales/marketing role.
• H.S. Diploma is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Comfort with high activity, fast cycles, and transactional deal sizes.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach.
• Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos.
• Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and partner touchpoints) to build pipeline.
• Sell a full suite of solutions: payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance.
• Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1–2 weeks) with small business owners.
• Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals.
