Job summary

Paychex is seeking an early-career Channel Sales professional to drive revenue for payroll, HR, benefits, and compliance solutions. You will generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach, and build relationships with CPAs and clients to win logos.

You’ll run a high-activity, fast-cycle sales process (1–2 weeks) with small business owners, owning everything from prospecting to closing. This role offers uncapped earning potential and rapid development.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma - Required
• Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
• 2 years of experience in relevant sales/marketing capacity.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach
• Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos
• Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and partner touchpoints) to build pipeline
• Sell a full suite of solutions: payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance
• Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1-2 weeks) with small business owners
• Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals
