Paychex is reimagining how businesses manage their workforce by delivering payroll, HR, benefits, and advisory services through a connected HCM platform. In Channel Sales you’ll work with 1-99 employee businesses, helping them succeed with essential HR and payroll solutions.

You’ll cultivate trust with CPAs and referrals, own a high-activity sales cycle, and shape outcomes through relationship-building and consistent follow-up.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in relevant sales/marketing role.
• Experience working toward quotas and targets.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach
• Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos
• Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and partner touchpoints) to build pipeline
• Sell a full suite of solutions: payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance
• Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1-2 weeks) with small business owners
• Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals
