Job summary

Paychex is seeking an early-career sales professional to join our Channel Sales team serving 1–99 employee clients. You’ll generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach, build relationships with bankers and existing clients, and drive a fast-moving pipeline across payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance solutions.

You’ll manage end-to-end deals in a high-volume environment with uncapped earning potential, performance incentives, and opportunities through

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma - Required.
• Bachelor's Degree - Preferred.
• 2 years of experience in Sales.
• 2 years of experience in B2B Sales.
• Valid Driver's License - Required.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach
• Build relationships with bankers and existing clients to drive new logos
• Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and partner touchpoints) to build pipeline
• Sell a full suite of solutions: payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance
• Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1–2 weeks) with small business owners
• Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals
