Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in relevant sales/marketing role.
• H.S. Diploma is required for consideration.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory depending on background.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach.
• Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos.
• Execute high-volume daily activity to build pipeline.
• Sell payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance solutions.
• Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1–2 weeks) with small business owners.
• Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals.
