Paychex is reimagining how businesses manage their workforce with payroll, HR, benefits, and advisory services on a single platform. In a channel sales role in Las Vegas, you’ll help small businesses grow by building trusted referral networks, engaging CPAs, and pursuing new logos.

You will manage a fast-paced sales cycle, own the end-to-end process, and leverage uncapped earning potential with performance incentives.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 1 year of experience in relevant sales/marketing role.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach.
• Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos.
• Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and partner touchpoints) to build pipeline.
• Sell a full suite of payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance solutions.
• Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1–2 weeks) with small business owners.
• Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals.
