Job summary

Paychex Deutschland GmbH is seeking an energetic Channel Sales professional to grow our local SMB client base. You’ll generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach, and you’ll build relationships with CPAs and clients to drive new logos.

In a fast-paced environment, you will own the full sales process from prospecting to close, manage high-activity daily cycles, and sell payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance solutions.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 1 year of experience in relevant sales/marketing role.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach.
• Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos.
• Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and partner touchpoints) to build pipeline.
• Sell payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance solutions.
• Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals.
