You will build relationships with CPAs and clients, manage a fast-paced sales cycle, and own the full process from prospecting to closing deals while selling payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance.

Qualificações

• H.S. Diploma - Required
• Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
• 1 year of experience in relevant sales/marketing role.

Responsabilidades

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach
• Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos
• Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and partner touchpoints) to build pipeline
• Sell a full suite of solutions: payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance
• Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1–2 weeks) with small business owners
• Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals
