Paychex Deutschland GmbH is seeking a Channel Sales professional to generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach, while building relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos and maintaining a high-volume daily activity to grow the pipeline.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma is required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2 years of experience in relevant sales/marketing capacity.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach.
• Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos.
• Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and partner touchpoints) to build pipeline.
• Sell a full suite of payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance.
• Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals.
• Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1–2 weeks) with small business owners.
