Job summary

Paychex is seeking a results-driven sales professional in the United States to educate stakeholders on our payroll, HR, and benefits solutions and drive revenue growth. You will manage accounts, leads, and opportunities in Salesforce, forecast sales activity, and collaborate with accountants, banks, and existing Paychex clients to secure referrals.

The role requires a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred) and 2 years of experience in sales/marketing.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in sales/marketing capacity.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and channel sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate stakeholders on Paychex services and drive revenue growth.
• Manage accounts, leads, and opportunities in Salesforce, and provide forecasts.
• Collaborate with referral sources to secure end-user referrals and expand market share.
• Schedule meetings with channel accounts via calls and targeted campaigns.
