Job summary

Paychex is seeking an early-career sales professional to generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach. You will build relationships with CPAs and clients to drive new logos, while maintaining a high-volume daily activity to build a strong pipeline.

You’ll sell a full suite of payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance solutions and manage a fast-paced 1–2 week sales cycle with small business owners.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2 years of experience in relevant sales capacity.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience with quota attainment or sales targets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach.
• Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos.
• Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, partner touchpoints).
• Sell a full suite of payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance solutions.
• Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1–2 weeks) with small business owners.
• Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals.
