Paychex is seeking an energized Channel Sales professional to drive new business with referrals and outbound outreach for small businesses. You will cultivate relationships with CPAs and clients, maintain a high-activity sales cadence, and close deals across payroll, HR, benefits, and compliance.

The role emphasizes fast cycles, quota-attainment, and leadership through collaboration. The ideal candidate has 1 year of sales experience, a high school diploma, and a preferred bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
• 1 year of experience in relevant sales/marketing role.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach.
• Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos.
• Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and partner touchpoints) to build pipeline.
• Sell a full suite of solutions: payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance.
• Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1–2 weeks) with small business owners.
• Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals.
