Job summary

Paychex is seeking a proactive sales professional to educate stakeholders, manage channel accounts, and drive revenue growth across our workforce solutions. You will leverage Salesforce and other tools to qualify leads, forecast opportunities, and close deals with accountants, banks, and Paychex clients.

The role requires 2+ years in sales, a valid driver’s license, and a customer-focused approach. Travel to partner sites and trainings may be required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in relevant sales capacity.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience with Salesforce and CRM systems is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve unit and revenue expectations.
• Create, manage, and advance accounts and opportunities in Salesforce and provide forecasts.
• Collaborate with referral sources to generate introductions and end-user sales.
• Schedule and conduct meetings via phone, email, or in-person.
• Present Paychex solutions to stakeholders to grow revenue and share.
• Maintain knowledge of Paychex products and market trends.
• Complete onboarding training and necessary paperwork for new sales.
