Paychex is seeking an early-career Channel Sales professional to help small businesses grow. You’ll generate new business through referral partners, CPA relationships, and outbound outreach, driving payroll, HR, benefits, and compliance solutions.

This role emphasizes high activity, fast cycles, and relationship building with clients and partners, with uncapped earning potential and rapid skill development in a high-growth sales environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma is required.
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• 1 year of experience in relevant sales/marketing role.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach.
• Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos.
• Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and partner touchpoints) to build pipeline.
• Sell a full suite of solutions: payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance.
• Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1–2 weeks) with small business owners.
• Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals.
