Paychex is seeking a Channel Sales professional to drive small business growth. The role emphasizes building relationships with CPAs and clients, generating new logos through referrals and outbound outreach, and managing high-activity sales cycles.

You will sell payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance solutions, owning the process from prospecting to closing in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 1 year of experience in relevant sales/marketing role.
• Comfort with high activity, fast cycles, and transactional deal sizes.
• Coachability and ability to apply feedback.

Responsabilidades

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach
• Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos
• Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and partner touchpoints) to build pipeline
• Sell a full suite of solutions: payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance
• Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1–2 weeks) with small business owners
• Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals
