Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management, channel operations, or partner enablement.
• Experience collaborating with Sales, IT, Finance, Legal, Marketing and Product.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven ability to drive scalable, data-driven improvements.

Responsibilities

• Improve and scale existing partner programs with business-aligned objectives.
• Lead new initiatives from conception to execution, improving operations.
• Collaborate with strategic partners to gather requirements and design scalable processes.
• Implement partner enablement with training, resources, and tools for distributors and resellers.
• Align program strategy with business priorities with internal stakeholders.
• Define scope, success metrics and execution plans across teams.
• Analyze partner performance, provide data-driven insights for improvement.
• Provide partner-focused support to resolve issues promptly.
