You will manage accounts, forecast activity, and advance opportunities in Salesforce, while collaborating with accountants, banks, and existing clients to drive end-user sales.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma is required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2 years of experience in relevant sales capacity.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Forecasting experience preferred.
• Go-to-Market strategy knowledge preferred.
• Marketing and sales management experience preferred.
• Sales optimization skills preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve unit and revenue expectations.
• Manage accounts, leads, and opportunities in the CRM and provide forecasts.
• Collaborate with referral sources to educate and secure referrals.
• Schedule and conduct meetings via phone, email, and programs.
• Utilize Go-to-Market strategy to identify customer needs and present Paychex solutions.
