Paychex is seeking a Channel Sales professional to drive growth for businesses with 1–99 employees, helping them access payroll, HR, and compliance solutions. You will partner with CPAs and referral sources, build a strong pipeline, and manage a fast-paced sales cycle from prospecting to close.

Formación

• 1 year of experience in relevant sales/marketing role.
• High activity with fast cycles and transactional deal sizes.
• Leadership experience in work, school, clubs, or similar contexts.
• Coachability and ability to apply feedback.

Responsabilidades

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach.
• Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos.
• Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, partner touchpoints).
• Sell payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance solutions.
• Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1–2 weeks) with small business owners.
• Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals.
