LexisNexis Legal & Professional in Ohio seeks a telephonic Client Manager to help grow revenue by expanding channel partner relationships and managing Law Library accounts. You will support sales processes and work with partners to identify opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate across teams to drive growth, negotiate terms, and build lasting customer relationships while meeting monthly and annual sales goals.

Qualifications

• Solid B2B sales experience.
• Proven success in negotiating contracts and closing business.
• Experience in account management and marketing.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Direct contact with Law Library Clients and negotiate product/service terms.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
• Identify, target, and maximize revenue and growth opportunities.
• Develop strong relationships with key customer contacts and decision makers.
• Take responsibility for the overall health and status of the customer relationship.
• Provide customer feedback to internal partners regarding product or content issues.
• Continue to build knowledge of business, financials, products/services, the market or account needs.
