LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking a telephonic Client Manager in Ohio to drive revenue growth by managing and expanding channel partner relationships. You will handle moderately complex Law Library accounts, collaborate with partners to identify opportunities, provide sales support, and ensure customer satisfaction.

The role requires hybrid work with in-office presence in Miamisburg, Ohio on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Formación

• Business-to-business sales experience is required.
• Proven success in negotiating contracts and closing business.
• Experience in account management and marketing is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Direct contact with Law Library Clients and moderate authority to set and negotiate product/service terms.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
• Identify, target, and maximize revenue and growth opportunities.
• Develop solid relationships with key customer contacts and decision makers.
• Take responsibility for the overall health and status of the customer relationship.
• Provide customer feedback to internal partners regarding product or content issues.
• Continue to build knowledge of business, financials, products/services, the market or account needs.
