Job summary

Sophos is seeking a Channel Partner Manager to oversee assigned partners in the United States. You will recruit, onboard, and manage top partners, driving territory channel strategy and enabling partners to sell Sophos solutions.

Responsibilities include managing partner queries, planning capacity, onboarding, training, and joint-business planning with distributors. A remote-first role with strong communication and negotiation skills is ideal.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or equivalent.
• Experience recruiting, onboarding and managing channel partners in a technology environment.
• Experience developing territory and business plans.
• Knowledge of security and general software channel ecosystems.
• Familiarity with CRM/PRM and forecasting systems.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Local language and fluent English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Be Sophos’ on-the-ground presence to support partners in bookings and targets.
• Manage day-to-day queries for channel partners in the territory.
• Drive territory channel planning and define capacity and enablement needs.
• Identify and recruit top partners based on planning.
• On-board and enable top partners for marketing Sophos solutions.
• Ensure partners stay up-to-date on training and certifications.
• Conduct joint-business planning with top territory partners.
• Align with distribution to implement channel strategy.
• Coordinate with Sophos resources to support distribution activities.
• Cultivate consultative relationships with key partners as single contact.
