Job summary

Tufin is seeking a Channel Marketing Manager to own and scale the partner and alliance marketing motion across VARs and technology alliances. You will drive awareness, collaborate with Global CAMs, and shape partner-led deals while building enablement materials and campaigns.

You’ll also manage the MDF program, partner communications, and partner portal initiatives, reporting progress to senior leadership in a fast-growing security company.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of channel/partner/alliances marketing experience in tech or cybersecurity preferred.
• Experience working with VAR/reseller ecosystems and technology partners.
• Analytical mindset with ability to use funnel data to drive improvements.
• MDF program management experience including policy design and compliance.
• Experience with deal registration and co-sell programs.

Responsibilities

• Own channel and partner marketing strategy across VAR, distributor and technology alliance ecosystem.
• Build relationships with partner organizations to grow awareness and pipeline.
• Create and run partner campaigns and co-marketing programs with Field Marketing.
• Develop partner enablement materials (battlecards, one-pagers, assets) with Product Marketing.
• Manage MDF program, funding requests, tracking and compliance.
• Deliver regular partner communications: newsletter and updates.
• Oversee partner portal and enablement platforms and partner certifications.
• Track funnel performance and brief leadership on progress.
