Vertiv is looking for a Channel Account Representative II to support assigned Specialty Electrical accounts and drive channel sales growth. You will handle requests, provide quotes, and assist with inventory and order status while collaborating with outside sales teams.

The role emphasizes proactive outreach, relationship building, and accurate CRM management to meet sales quotas and deliver customer value.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years sales or account management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in MS Office and productivity tools.
• CRM experience or familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uses proactive calls, emails, and social media to build relationships with assigned accounts.
• Works to close opportunities and supports outside sales teams.
• Provides sales and technical trainings and account reviews.
• Communicates promos, product launches, and partner program updates to accounts.
• Generates, tracks, and updates CRM opportunities; coordinates with sales ops on inventory and logistics.
• Supports other specialists and directs inquiries to appropriate teams.
