Job summary

Belden Inc. through its Ruckus Networks division seeks a Distribution Account Manager to oversee distributor relationships across North America, reporting to the VP of Global Distribution.

The role focuses on driving adoption, growth, and reseller development while coordinating with local sales teams and partners. You will manage operational workflows, address portal and CPQ issues, and communicate program details with clarity.

Qualifications

• Experience in distribution and channel relationship building (3+ years).
• Knowledge of indirect sales models and distribution partners in tech.
• Proven ability to manage multiple inquiries and ensure partner satisfaction.
• Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to explain complex programs.
• Experience with sales data, pipeline reporting, and use of CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee business operations through assigned distribution partners under VP Global Distribution.
• Develop and drive distributor success by collaborating with Channel and End-User sales teams.
• Identify strategic initiatives to differentiate Ruckus Networks and grow distributor revenue.
• Support distributors in recruiting and developing new distribution-managed resellers.
• Serve as primary operational contact for distributors; resolve portal access and CPQ issues.
• Prepare reports for QBRs and ROI analyses; support distribution-focused presentations.
