Belden Inc. is seeking a Distribution Account Manager to lead distributor relationships across North America. You’ll report to the VP of Global Distribution, manage partners, and collaborate with Channel and End-User teams to drive revenue and service excellence.

The role emphasizes strategic initiatives, operational efficiency, and strong communication with distributors, resellers, and partners in a fast-paced networking environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' distribution and channel relationship experience.
• Familiarity with indirect sales models and distributors/partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee business operations through distribution partners and drive success with distributors and sales teams.
• Identify strategic initiatives to differentiate Ruckus Networks and grow revenue with distributors.
• Serve as primary operational contact for distributors and address inquiries promptly.
• Resolve portal access, login issues, and CPQ license concerns for distributors.
• Communicate program details and aid distributors in training and certifications.
• Coordinate pipeline management and supply with distribution.
• Prepare QBRs/ROI reports and support distribution-focused presentations.
• Promote distributor marketing events and follow up to maximize sales conversions.
• Evaluate and streamline workflows to ease business for distributors.
