Job summary

Solve Industrial Motion Group is seeking a Sr. Manager; Sales Enablement & Training to design, develop, and deliver high-impact technical training for internal associates, distributors and customers.

You will build scalable learning programs, manage LMS and knowledge systems, and partner with engineering, product, sales, and marketing to standardize processes. The ideal candidate brings deep instructional design experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and a passion for continuous improvement,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial technology, education or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical training or instructional design.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to communicate industrial products and solutions.
• Proficient with instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Experience with LMS platforms, Knowledge Management platforms and digital learning tools.
• Experience creating SOPs, process maps, workflows and knowledge articles.
• Experience with ERP systems (Epicor P21 preferred).
• Experience with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Spiro or similar).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Up to 25% travel.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver engaging technical training programs for associates, distributors and customers using instructor-led, virtual, and digital learning methods.
• Lead LMS implementation, administration and reporting, including curriculum management and learner tracking.
• Develop and manage a centralized knowledge management system for product, process, system and operational knowledge.
• Conduct training needs assessments and build role-based learning paths to support business priorities.
• Establish and monitor training effectiveness with defined metrics, assessments and feedback.
• Support change initiatives with training, communications and adoption plans.
• Evaluate and implement AI-enabled learning technologies to improve training quality and engagement.
