Rise Technical is seeking a channel enablement leader in St. Augustine, FL to redesign the partner program end-to-end, from onboarding to ongoing enablement and account management.

You will own training content, enablement playbooks, and cross‑functional support with Sales, Marketing and Engineering to help partners win. This on-site role offers $100,000–$125,000 base plus growth opportunities including full ownership and long‑term training and development as the program scales with major

Qualifications

• Experience building and executing enablement/training programs.
• CRM exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Redesign and rebuild the channel enablement program end-to-end (onboarding, enablement, ongoing support).
• Build and deliver partner training, education, and enablement materials.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales/Marketing and Engineering to support partner success.
• On-site in St. Augustine, FL (5 days/week) with occasional travel.
