Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with outbound motion.
• Proven track record of exceeding quota in high-volume environment.
• Consultative selling and ability to position Rippling as trusted advisor.

Responsibilities

• Manage a highly consultative sales process to win new partners.
• Build and manage a pipeline to activate 10-14 new referring partners within the region.
• Develop strategic account plans with partners to maximize growth.
