Qualifications

• 5+ years of change management experience, including at least 2+ years leading a CCB.
• 3+ years of process improvement, business analysis, or related role.
• 3+ years of proactive stakeholder engagement and providing actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Manage an enterprise Configuration Control Board (CCB) and a portfolio of Process Improvement initiatives.
• Ensure approved CCB changes minimize business disruption; implement rollback plans if needed.
• Facilitate Process Improvement initiatives aligned with ITIL 4.0 and JSIG best practices.
• Engage with stakeholders throughout CCB and Process Improvement events.
