Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Change Management professional to help government missions adapt to new processes and technologies. You will apply ADKAR/Prosci/Kotter frameworks, run workshops, and develop training and readiness materials to enable user adoption.

The role requires strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams, with on-site work in Arlington, VA up to 100% and a Top Secret clearance as applicable.

Qualifications

• 3 Years of Professional Experience.
• Experience supporting organizational change initiatives, including communication, training, or readiness activities.
• Familiarity with change management frameworks such as ADKAR, Prosci, or Kotter’s 8‑Step Process.
• Ability to assess change impacts and contribute to tailored mitigation and adoption strategies.
• Strong facilitation skills, with experience leading workshops, requirement‑gathering discussions, or training events.
• Proficiency with digital collaboration tools, project management platforms, and basic data analysis (e.g., Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Miro, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of change management strategies that promote adoption of new processes, technologies, and organizational changes.
• Conduct change impact assessments and identify potential user or business challenges to inform communication and training plans.
• Develop and deliver targeted communication, training, and readiness materials to enable successful user adoption.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process‑mapping sessions to gather insights, requirements, and alignment across impacted groups.
• Assist in developing training assets, job aids, user guides, and readiness materials tailored to user needs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional project teams to ensure change management activities support project milestones and timelines.
• Track and report adoption metrics, feedback, and change readiness, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Support stakeholder engagement and communication efforts to maintain transparency and alignment throughout the change lifecycle.
• Must be willing to go on-site to Arlington, VA (Crystal City) up to 100%.
