Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Change Management Professional to oversee an enterprise Configuration Control Board and a portfolio of Process Improvement initiatives. The role requires strong process improvement skills, stakeholder engagement, and expertise in ITIL 4.0 and JSIG standards.

With 5+ years in change management and 3+ years in process improvement, you will engage with stakeholders at all levels to drive initiatives that minimize disruption and improve operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of change management experience, with at least two years leading a CCB.
• 3+ years in process improvement, business analysis, or related roles.
• 3+ years of proactive stakeholder engagement and solution recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise Configuration Control Board activities including submissions, evaluations, and approvals.
• Ensure approved CCB changes minimize disruption and implement rollback plans if needed.
• Facilitate Process Improvement initiatives aligned with ITIL 4.0 and JSIG standards.
• Engage with stakeholders throughout CCB and Process Improvement events.
