Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or psychology and at least 5–7 years in top-tier consulting.
• Proven change management and experience design capabilities.
• Strong communications, engagement strategy and delivery skills.
• Analytical skills in behavioral driver analysis and modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery with a focus on program and project management.
• Actively participate in client sessions and lead workstream planning, execution and closure.
• Support sales opportunities and lead specific RFP responses.
